These are some of the free blogging platforms but let me tell you something with my own personal experience as i am doing blogging for more than 9 years, i won't recommend you choosing a free blogging platform. here is why:

Why You should not start a blog on a free platform?

Well, i would say never start a blog on a free platform because of many limitations ,risks and errors . Let Me Explain It To You.

When something is free , You Are The Product.

Because of this fact a platform such as wordpress.com or blogger.com can shut you down at any point,with no warning and no way to recover your content. A minor indiscretion such as using a copyrighted image,article,or any copyrighted content or any sort of error or mistake without the right consent can cause you losing your website.

No Customization

Usage of all the free features such as plugins are very limited.If you want to customize your free theme to make it stand out from the crowd then just forget it. You Can't do this on a free platform.

It looks unprofessional

Many of the blogging platform don't let you have a custom domain which gives across an unprofessional appearance to potential customers and bloggers. If you are unsure what a niche even is , you have come to a right place.in short, a niche is a topic that you write about most often or even exclusively in your blogs.To become a successful blogger you will have to choose the right niche and work on attaining the highest form of knowledge within that topic.so pick the one that appeals to you,the one you are passionate about and most interested in.strive for success, happiness, and recognition. by choosing the niche of interest and having
your own point of view you will be able to differentiate your personal blog
from the competition.Brainstorm to find you topic. Make a list of your interest or hobbies.which topics fascinate you? List them all.such as tech,playing games,movies.
Next, list accomplishments you are proud of.such as sports achievement,any talent. Now, list difficulties you have overcome or defeated , such as losing weight, recovering from something(financial or health related).

know what you will be dealing with.If there are too many searches with a lot of competitive sites,you might want to narrow your topic down even more.  explore all the possible keywords ideas that would be interested to the audience, so that you can find that sweet spot between great demand and low competition.

once you have clicked on the link you will be redirected to the bluehost website.Once you are there then follow the following steps.

1. Click on "Get Started"

2. then you will be asked to "create a new domain" or "use your own domain".Click on "CREATE A NEW DOMAIN" .
make sure that you pick a unique domain name. but if you want to wait and think about it then click on " choose free domain later"

3.You will have to enter your account information and select the plan,if you want the best value  ,then select the 36 months price.You can also add purchase extra add-ons if you like but since you are just starting out, ad ons are not really important and you can skip them for now.

Yoast helps you  optimize your blog for search engine . Yoast is free to use, and for more features to grow your traffic ,you can buy its premium version.

2.Google analytics For Wordpress:(Monster insights)

Monster insights helps you configure google analytics on your wordpress website.It is available in free but for advance feature you need to buy its premium version.

3.WP Forms:

STEP 6: Customize Your Blog  By Creating Pages and Main Menu.

Now it is time to create some essential pages that you need to have on your blog along with main menu and my recommendations on how to build them. When first starting a blog , you will need to create these Pages:

1. About page.
2. Contact page.
3. Privacy Policy Page.
4. Disclaimer Page.

How To Create Pages In Wordprss?

To add a new page in wordpress,Just Log in To You wordpress Dashboard , In the dashboard menu Scroll Down Below , You will see "Pages"  option. Click on Pages and another menu will popup with two options. (All Pages, Add New ) , Click On "Add New".
From here you can add your page title and your content in the text editor. Just Create it as You Like. When you are done just click on the Publish button and it will be published on your website.Take a look at how to create the necessary Pages and what to include in it.

1: About Page.
On About PAGE you should introduce yourself to your readers and talk about what they can find on your blog or what content your blog will provide to your readers.Also you need to link your other social profiles so that your readers can stay in touch with you.

2: Contact Page.
A contact form is essential if you want your readers to get in touch with you. For a better result contact form page is way too important for your blog.You can create a contact form easily with WPForms Plugins Which I have mentioned above in the article.

3: Disclaimer Page.
A disclaimer page includes legal information that protects you and helps your readers to understand that what your blog can offer and can not offer. A disclaimer page includes information about whether you take money from the advertisers and whether you include affiliate links.many bloggers also include a  warning that the information on their site is not intended to apply for their specific situation .so definitely a disclaimer page is much needed part of a blog.

4: Privacy Policy Page.
The short and simple purpose of a privacy policy page is to inform your website visitors what personal information you are collecting from them and how you are going to use that information.it also includes the automatic cookies and google analytics you use on your website to track

Creating Main Menu.

Now that your pages have been created , it is time to add them to the blog's main menu.
To Create a main menu in wordpress Go to the dashboard screen ,scroll down and you will see an option named appearance,  click on "Appearance" ,then click "Menu".Enter a name for your menu(name it main menu) and click on "Create Menu" .Now you can add your new pages to the menu. just click on the left sidebar under "pages" and check the box next to the pages you want to add to your main menu. Then click Save Menu.

To add the Menu to blog's header,in the pages section ,Click On "Manage Locations" tab at the top in page section.Select your menu in the location where you want it to appear. Your Menu Locations can be different depending upon your theme. But usually there is a primary ,main or header menu area to add your main menu.

Step 7: Configure The Basics.

Before you start writing, Make sure all your blog settings are configured properly.

1. Set thePermalink Structure.

When you start your first wordpress blog , your link will look like this by default."www.abc/?4f=iu" , so it is important to change your permalink setting , to make it easier for google to understand the intent of the site by crawling the URL plus it makes it reader friendly. after setting up permalink your link will look like this "www.abc/happy-blogging",which is user friendly and yourblog can be find easily on google.
To Changing the permalink structure, Go to your wordpress dashboard And click on "Settings" And then click On "Permalink".Then you have todo is choose" Post Name" which is the best option from the google's and audience point of view.

2. Disable Ping Backs.

Ping backs notify you when other bloggers link to you. This is not helpful, in fact it open doors to the spammers who will make your blog look unprofessional. so just disable pingbacks.
Go to your wordpress dashboard, scroll down to the settings option click on "Settings" and Then click on the "Discussion" option in the menu.
From there uncheck " ALLOW LINK NOTIFICATIONS FROM OTHER BLOGS" option.

3. Make Sure Your Blog Is Public.

The most important part is to make sure your blog is visible to the search engines., if you want any traffic or want your website to be ranked on search engines. Now you need to check whether your blog is visible to the search engine or not.
Open your wordpress website's dashboard and scroll down. look for the option "settings" . Click on "Settings" and then click on "Reading" , Make sure that that the box in "Search Engine Visibility" is uncheked.

After all these customization and settings are done ,it is time to take a deep breath, have a cup of coffee and relax your mind, because Your Website is ready.

STEP 8: Generate Content Ideas and write your First Post.

First you need too decide how often you will write and publish a new blog post. It is best to create a content calendar and decide on which day you will post your blog and then stick to it. As a fresh blogger you need  to start with 2,3 posts a day which will make your ranking better and will help you growing your blog.after achieving your goal means after getting some traffic for your blog,you can post 4,5 articles per week.As a  blogger you need to learn more and more and you will need to be as disciplined as possible. if you are serious about scaling your blog then make sure that you do not miss the deadlines you set for yourself.

The next step is to figure out what content do you need to make for your new blog and the best practices you should follow. Whether your blog is composed is to be composed primarily words ,photos, audio etc, the content will be the bait that draws your crowd. Some will come to see your new website, without great content ,even the most professionally designed blog will fail.Design will only give you a look but Good content will keep your website alive.

Though it would be nice if we could just write but it would be more nicer to have people actually read your work.
To Promote your blog and get traffic you can try Guest Posting on other websites or blogs, reposting on websites like medium and linkedln or including links when writing responses in forums, facebook groups , or on quora . just make sure you are adding value and not spamming people with your website's URL.Social media is anotherway to get more traffic and grow your audience,instead of merely tooting your own horn, be sure to interact with editors, bloggers and writers. share their content with your community , comment on their posts and support them when and where you possibly can and hopefully they will return the favour.

• Be Active in Your Niche and comment on Other Blogs.

Start being active on other relevant blogs,social pages and blogging forums.blogging community are a good way to connect with other bloggers and help each other in spreading the content.
Comment on other relevant blogs will  help you make them and their audience aware of your existence as well as developing your personal brand within the topic.

• Guest Blogging And Social Media:

When you take the relationship a step further then offer other bloggers to write a guest post for their websites.Be sure that the content is related to your niche.Readers will read the guest post and will visit your website if your post is good enough. Guest blogging is an excellent way to build an online Presence.also you should make use of the social media avenues that best fit your own niche and style. choose the ones that best fit your needs and become expert at leveraging them to help reach your goals.

Google adsense has been around for long time and bloggers have been leveraging their service to earn a lot of money.Google adsense is an advertising platform for bloggers and publishers. (ads for my website to earn money)once you have adsense enabled on your blog Your readers will start seeing ads on your blog. when a visitor see or click them you will get paid. You can also use alternatives for adsense such as media.net, Infolinks and more.

2. Affiliate Marketing.

Affiliate marketing is promoting Products of other people on your blog and getting paid whenever your referral buys their product or service.
Affiliate marketing is easy to get started with all you have to do is signup for the affiliate programs of the product that you are are aware of and you are using or would generally use.Choose the product and they will give you your affiliate link which you can place on your blog .every time a visitor clicks on your affiliate link they will be taken to the product's website that you are promoting , and after

3. Create an Online Store.

With more and more people shopping online in recent years  it is the best time to start a business so you can make money online.Bloggers make a smart amount of money by selling things through their blog.You can start your own ecommerce website on wordpress using Woocommerce plugin.it comes with product pages ,cart,authority and popularity.

4.Write And sell Ebooks.

Another great way of making money with you website is to gather existing content from your blog and offer it as a downlaodable book.You can sell your ebook with the help of bigcommerce or elsewhere. a great publishing opportunity is offered by amazon and their KDP program.

5. Sponsored Posts.

Advertisers are always looking for exposure And are willing to pay  you for placing sponsored post on your blog.these posts usually promotes advertiser products or services and are a good way to earn some additional income for your blog.If your blog is popular enough and you become an authority in your niche the advertisers will definitely  approach you to  publish their posts.
